MICK GROENENBERG
Directors
Mick and Blaire are the owners of the business. They have spent majority of their lives growing up in Broome, and now are watching their own children grow up in the same town.
They have been business owners for over 20 years and pride themselves on their the rapport they have built with both local and travelling customers who always seek to return for our quality repairs and customer service.
Mick brings decades of experience in panel beating, spray painting and auto body glass repairs, while Blaire brings her vast knowledge and accounting experience to the office. Together they have poured sweat and soul into the growth of their business from a humble tiny workshop to a professional set up with top quality equipment and an experienced team of seven employees.
PATRICK MARSHALL
Estimator / Manager
In 2020 NW Smash expanded to include a management position, Patrick Marshall. Patrick brings over 25 years of extensive knowledge in the motor vehicle industry. He is our dedicated estimator and manages the logistics of the business. He is quality control and he sets the expectation high with employees to ensure quality jobs every time.
KIM JONES
Office Manager
Kim has been with our company for almost 5 years. She brings her exceptional customer service and is certainly the ‘hub’ of our business. Kim has a background in accounts management and her utmost diligence ensures our customers receive nothing short of a 10/10 experience.

OUR GLASS FITTERS
Glass Specialists
We have two dedicated fitters to ensure our customers are back on the road enjoying our beautiful Kimberley as quick as possible and our locals back to work with minimal business disruption.
We specialize in anything and everything. We carry a large range of stock and if we don’t have your glass in stock we will order it for you on the next available air or road freight.
